Green Brothers Nursery was started in 1954 by Lamar and Lanier Green. This was a family owned and operated business growing to 20 locations in the
greater Atlanta area until 1984 when they sold to the Sunbelt Nursery Group. In April 1992, Clayton Hulen, son of James Hulen and Jean Green Hulen, retained the Green Brothers Nursery logo and opened Green Brothers Earth Works.
Today, all of the family experience and expertise is incorporated into selling quality soil mixes, gravel, mulch, and other bulk earth products to
homeowners and landscapers. Green Bros. Earth Works has expanded from
the first location in Alpharetta to other locations in Marietta, Buford, Norcross
and Conyers .
